The Law Firm "del Plato e Associati" was created in Naples, initially with the name "Studio legale dell'Avv. Carminantonio del Plato". In 1989 the second lawyer's office was opened inside CIS, the biggest European centre for wholesale trade, situated in Nola (NA). In 1993 the law firm transferred there its main seat, maintaing still representation in Naples. In 1996 was created the professional law association, named "del Plato e Associati - Studio Legale Associato", born from collaboration between Avv. Carminantonio del Plato (Associating) e Avv. Claudio Farenga (Associated).
On January 2012 del Plato e Associati law firm ulteriorly enlarges its headquarter and moves to Nola Business Center.
Since 2000 the law firm has been the member of Eurojuris Italia, the part of G.E.I.E Eurojuris International,Network of about 700 independent law firms, present in whole Europe. The main target of the organisation is to gather qualified environment providing direct legal consultancy to enterprises, societies and public authorities. Its presence in whole Europe guaranties high levelled services and efficiency. "Del Plato e Associati - Studio Legale Associato" supplies legal consultancy mainly in civil law, especially in commercial and bankruptcy law, franchising, relations between enterprises, and in the law of contracts in general. The law firm works mainly at the Legal Courts of Naples and Nola and is also present in numerous important professional authorities, including those international:
1) The member of Italian section of European Association for bank and financial law (A.E.D.B.F), affiliated to Association Européenne pour le Droit bancarie et fiancier" with the seat in Paris;
2) The partner of A.I.A. - Italian Association for Arbitration;
3) Regional coordinator in Campania for Eurojuris Italia, association adherent to G.E.I.E. Eurojuris International.
